The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and a short taxi or tuktuk ride to the terminal/harbor. This made it very convenient for me to explore Puno and its surroundings. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The owner was particularly nice and took the time to ensure everything was arranged smoothly.
One downside of the hotel was the street noise. Being located in a central area, there was quite a lot of noise from the street.

We were upgraded to a large room with a heater due to a problem with our initial double room. The hotel is conveniently located just off the center of Puno with many restaurants around, making it an excellent and absolutely perfect location overall.

The breakfast at the top floor was absolutely amazing! They served it early at 6:15 am, so we didn't miss it before our early tour. We also appreciated being able to relax in the hostel after checkout and enjoy tea on the sofas. The receptionist was always helpful and friendly.

Fantastic value for money! the room was a nice size with full cable TV and a private bathroom. the breakfast selection was great, especially if you arrive early. the hotel is in a prime location just off the main street with plenty of nearby restaurants. the receptionist was incredibly helpful and even booked a last-minute taxi for us.
The hotel can be a bit noisy depending on where your room is located. It's best to request a room away from the street to avoid any disruption.
